1. (1) For the purpose of this rule, “significantly limited in the repetitive use” means the worker is unable to repetitively use a body part identified in subsections (a) through (j) of this section for more than two-thirds of a period of time. A worker is entitled to a 5% chronic condition impairment value for each applicable body part, when a preponderance of medical opinion establishes that, due to a chronic and permanent medical condition, the worker is significantly limited in the repetitive use of one or more of the following body parts:

   1. (a) Lower leg (below knee/foot/ankle);
   2. (b) Upper leg (knee and above);
   3. (c) Forearm (below elbow/hand/wrist);
   4. (d) Arm (elbow and above);
   5. (e) Cervical;
   6. (f) Thoracic spine;
   7. (g) Shoulder;
   8. (h) Low back;
   9. (i) Hip; or
   10. (j) Chest.
2. (2) Chronic condition impairments are to be combined with other impairment values, not added.
