1. (1) A Relief Nursery may appeal a funding decision made by the Department in the manner provided in this rule.
2. (2) A Relief Nursery must submit a written request for review to the Department within 30 calendar days of the date that the Department issued the funding decision letter.
3. (3) A Relief Nursery’s appeal request must clearly identify in writing the reason the Relief Nursery disagrees with the funding decision.
4. (4) The Early Learning System Director shall initiate a review of the funding decision and notify the Relief Nursery of the decision within 30 days of receipt of the appeal request.
5. (5) The Early Learning System Director shall make all final decisions on funding appeals.
