The purpose of these rules is to:

1. (1) Prescribe the operational procedures for the Developmental Disabilities Community Housing Program and the Community Housing Fund; and
2. (2) Implement and describe the acquisition, construction, rehabilitation, maintenance, and disposal of Community Housing established under the authority of ORS 427.330 to 427.345.
