(1) Rates below are in effect starting January 1, 2026.
(2) Monthly Rates:
1. (a) Residential Care Facilities:
  1. (A) Tier 1 - $2,863.00.
  2. (B) Tier 2 - $3,421.00.
  3. (C) Tier 3 - $3,979.00.
  4. (D) Tier 4 - $4,537.00.
  5. (E) Tier 5 - $5,172.00
  6. (F) Hourly Exception Rate - $20.18 per hour.
2. (b) Adult Foster Homes: Rates shall be paid in accordance with the terms of collective bargaining agreements negotiated between the Service Employees International Union and the State of Oregon.
3. (c) Assisted Living Facilities:
  1. (A) Level 1 - $1,980.00.
  2. (B) Level 2 - $2,454.00.
  3. (C) Level 3 - $3,079.00.
  4. (D) Level 4 - $3,866.00.
  5. (E) Level 5 - $4,649.00.
4. (d) Memory Care Facilities (Endorsed Units Only) - $6,346.00 per month.
5. (e) Contracted In-Home Care Agencies Rate - $39.40 per hour.
6. (f) Home Delivered Meals - $12.25 per meal.
7. (g) Adult Day Services - $115.24
(3) Effective July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027, the monthly rates are as follows:
1. (a) Residential Care Facilities:
  1. (A) Tier 1 - $3,482.00.
  2. (B) Tier 2 - $4,160.00.
  3. (C) Tier 3 - $4,839.00.
  4. (D) Tier 4 - $5,517.00.
  5. (E) Tier 5 - $6,290.00
  6. (F) Hourly Exception Rate - $21.50 per hour.

7. (g) Adult Day Services - $122.16.
