1. (1) This rule is in effect for services approved by CMS effective for services rendered beginning January 1, 2017, and sets forth the criteria for risk factors for the TCM Babies First!, CaCoon, and Nurse-Family Partnership programs to include perinatal and parental eligibility criteria in Table 1 and risk factors for Babies First!, CaCoon and Nurse Family Partnership TCM infant and children eligibility criteria and diagnosis in Table 2.

2. (2) Table 1 risk criteria for TCM perinatal and parental eligibility and Table 2 risk criteria for TCM infant and children eligibility and diagnosis criteria become effective January 1, 2017, and may be obtained by clicking on the PDF copy.
