1. (1) Procedure codes listed in the Speech-Language Pathology, Audiology and Hearing Aid Services Program rules are intended for use by licensed speech-language pathologists, licensed audiologists, and certified hearing aid dealers.

2. (2) Physicians and nurse practitioners are subject to the administrative rules contained in the Division Medical-Surgical Services Program rules and shall bill the Division using the processes and procedure codes identified in those rules.
