1. (1) In furtherance of the Authority’s annual evaluation of the maximum bill rates pursuant to OAR 409-039-0090, the Authority may request information from temporary staffing agencies to assess and evaluate the maximum bill rates established under OAR 409-039-0040.
   (2) A temporary staffing agency must respond to all requests from the Authority under this rule within 45 calendar days from the date such request is issued.
