1. (1) For purposes of planning or analysis, the Authority may share de-identified, individual-level health care workforce data with other state agencies, including but not limited to:

   1. (a) Agencies, offices, or contractors of the Authority.
   2. (b) The Oregon Employment Department.
2. (2) The Authority may not provide individual-level public data sets to a non-governmental agency without written consent from the relevant health care workforce regulatory board.
