1. (1) This rule applies to any SI who is a current Department volunteer.
2. (2) If an SI is identified as an alleged perpetrator, reported perpetrator, or accused person in an abuse investigation, the Office of Human Resources may remove the SI from placement and duties at any time during the investigation or any subsequent review.
3. (3) If removed from the placement, the SI may reapply for a placement and be subject to a new background check in accordance with OAR 407-007-0000 to 407-007-0100 and OAR 407-007-0430.
