1. (1) To qualify for a standard rebate, a motor vehicle must:

   1. (a) Qualify as an eligible vehicle, as defined in OAR 340-270-0030(5); and
   2. (b) Have a purchase or lease date on or after effective date of the program for the type of vehicle, as established in OAR 340-270-0020.
2. (2) Notwithstanding subsection (1), a motor vehicle that otherwise qualifies for a standard rebate cannot receive a standard rebate if it has received a Charge Ahead Rebate or been rebated by the Zero Emission Rebates for Oregon Fleets program, as established in OAR 340-270-0030 and OAR 340-270-0600 through OAR 340-270-0700.
