No person may cause or allow any of the following materials to be burned in a solid fuel burning device, fireplace, a trash burner or any other device described in ORS 468A.485(4)(b):

1. (1)

   1. (a) Garbage;
   2. (b) Treated wood;
   3. (c) Plastic or plastic products;
   4. (d) Rubber or rubber products;
   5. (e) Animal carcasses;
   6. (f) Products that contain asphalt;
   7. (g) Waste petroleum products;
   8. (h) Paint;
   9. (i) Chemicals;
   10. (j) Products containing lead, mercury or other heavy or toxic metals;
   11. (k) Materials containing asbestos; and
   12. (l) Particleboard.

2. (2) Paper or paper products, except for paper used to kindle a fire.

   NOTE: This rule is included in the State of Oregon Clean Air Act Implementation Plan that EQC adopted under OAR 340-200-0040.
