This equipment must contain the standard terminal Diagnostic Link Connector for OBD systems and be capable of the following:

1. (1) Making an automatic pass/fail decision based on malfunction indicator light observations and vehicle OBD system download;

2. (2) Transferring electronic vehicle test result to the DEQ online computer servers;
