To be eligible for a grant using funds from the Diesel Emissions Mitigation Grant Program a project must:

1. (1) Qualify as an Eligible Mitigation Action;

2. (2) Be either:

   1. (a) A project to retrofit, replace or repower eligible equipment; or
   2. (b) A project that otherwise qualifies for funding under the DERA grant program; and
3. (3) Ensure that all equipment and engines being repowered or replaced be scrapped.
