The following acronyms apply to this division:
- (1) “AFP” means Alternative Fuel Portal.
- (2) “ASTM” means ASTM International (formerly American Society for Testing and Materials).
- (3) “BEV” means battery electric vehicle.
- (4) “CARB” means the California Air Resources Board.
- (5) “CA-GREET” means the California Air Resources Board adopted version of the GREET model, including simplified calculators.
- (6) “CCS” means carbon capture and sequestration.
- (7) “CFP” means the Clean Fuels Program established under OAR chapter 340, division 253.
- (8) “CI” means carbon intensity.
- (9) “CNG” means compressed natural gas.
- (10) “CO2e” means carbon dioxide equivalents.
- (11) “DEQ” means Oregon Department of Environmental Quality.
- (12) “DCO” means distillers technical corn oil.
- (13) “DGS” means distillers grains and solubles.
- (14) “DDGS” means dry DGS.
- (15) “DSO” means distillers technical sorghum oil.
- (16) “eCHE” means electric cargo handling equipment.
- (17) “EER” means energy economy ratio.
- (18) “EN” means a European Standard adopted by one of the three European Standardization Organizations.
- (19) “eOGV” means electric ocean-going vessels.
- (20) “EQC” means Oregon Environmental Quality Commission.
- (21) “eTRU” means electric transport refrigeration unit.
- (22) “EV” means electric vehicle.
- (23) “FEIN” means federal employer identification number.
- (24) “FFV” means flex fuel vehicle.
- (25) “FPC” means fuel pathway code.
- (26) “FSE” means fuel supply equipment.
- (27) “gCO2e/MJ” means grams of carbon dioxide equivalent per megajoule of energy.
- (28) “HDV” means heavy-duty vehicle.
- (29) “HDV-CIE” means a heavy-duty vehicle compression ignition engine.
- (30) “HDV-SIE” means a heavy-duty vehicle spark ignition engine.
- (31) “HEFA” means hydroprocessed ester and fatty acid.
- (32) “L-CNG” means liquefied-compressed natural gas.
- (33) “LDV” means light-duty vehicle.
- (34) “LNG” means liquefied natural gas.
- (35) “LPG” means liquefied petroleum gas.
- (36) “LPGV” means liquefied petroleum gas vehicle.
- (37) “MDGS” means modified DGS.
- (38) “MDV” means medium-duty vehicle.
- (39) “mmBtu” means million British Thermal Units.
- (40) “NERC” means the North American Electric Reliability Corporation.
- (41) “NGV” means natural gas vehicle.
- (42) “OFRS” means the Oregon Fuels Reporting System, the electronic reporting, trading, and compliance platform for the Clean Fuels Program and the Greenhouse Gas Reporting Program.
- (43) “OPGEE” means Oil Production Greenhouse Gas Emissions Estimator.
- (44) “PHEV” means partial hybrid electric vehicle.
- (45) “PTD” means product transfer document.
- (46) “REC” means Renewable Energy Certificate.
- (47) “RFS” means the Renewable Fuel Standard implemented by the US Environmental Protection Agency.
- (48) “RTC” means Renewable Thermal Certificate.
- (49) “scf” means standard cubic foot.
- (50) “UCO” means used cooking oil.
- (51) “ULSD” means ultra-low sulfur diesel.
- (52) “WA-GREET” means the Washington Department of Ecology adopted version of the GREET model, including simplified calculators.
- (53) “WDGS” means wet DGS.
- (54) “WECC” means the Western Electricity Coordinating Council.
- (55) “WREGIS” means the Western Renewable Energy Generation Information System run by the Western Electricity Coordinating Council.
