1. (1) Operation of wigwam waste burners is prohibited.

2. (2) Emissions from wigwam waste burners included in a source's netting basis as of October 18, 2007 shall not be subtracted from the netting basis, except as provided in OAR 340-222-0046.

   NOTE: This rule is included in the State of Oregon Clean Air Act Implementation Plan that EQC adopted under OAR 340-200-0040.
