1. (1) All new and existing sources inside the following areas must comply with the applicable requirements in this division:

   1. (a) Portland-Vancouver Air Quality Maintenance Area;
   2. (b) Medford-Ashland Air Quality Maintenance Area;
   3. (c) Salem-Keizer Area Transportation Study (SKATS) Area.

2. (2) VOC sources located outside the areas cited in section (1) are exempt from the requirements in this division.

   NOTE: This rule is included in the State of Oregon Clean Air Act Implementation Plan that EQC adopted under OAR 340-200-0040.
