1. (1) DEQ will assess emission fees on emissions of regulated pollutants up to and including 7,000 tons per year of all regulated pollutants for each source each calendar year thereafter.
2. (2) The owner or operator must pay emission fees for all regulated pollutants emitted from the source, except as limited in section (1).
