1. (1) Any sampling, testing, or measurement performed pursuant to this division must conform to methods contained in the DEQ Source Sampling Manual or to recognized applicable standard methods approved in advance by DEQ. [NOTE: DEQ Manual is published with OAR 340-200-0035.]

2. (2) DEQ may approve an equivalent or alternative method as defined in division 200.
