Oregon's thirty-six counties are divided into five AQCRs. The AQCR boundaries follow county lines, and there are no counties that belong to more than one AQCR. The five AQCRs are as follows:

1. (1) Portland Interstate AQCR, containing ten counties:

   1. (a) Benton County;
   2. (b) Clackamas County;
   3. (c) Columbia County;
   4. (d) Lane County;
   5. (e) Linn County;
   6. (f) Marion County;
   7. (g) Multnomah County;
   8. (h) Polk County;
   9. (i) Washington County;
   10. (j) Yamhill County.

2. (2) Northwest Oregon AQCR, containing three counties:

   1. (a) Clatsop County;
   2. (b) Lincoln County;
   3. (c) Tillamook County.

3. (3) Southwest Oregon AQCR, containing five counties:

   1. (a) Coos County;
   2. (b) Curry County;
   3. (c) Douglas County;
   4. (d) Jackson County;
   5. (e) Josephine County.

4. (4) Central Oregon AQCR, containing eight counties:

   1. (a) Crook County;
   2. (b) Deschutes County;
   3. (c) Hood River County;
   4. (d) Jefferson County;
   5. (e) Klamath County;
   6. (f) Lake County;
   7. (g) Sherman County;
   8. (h) Wasco County.

5. (5) Eastern Oregon AQCR, containing ten counties:

   1. (a) Baker County;
   2. (b) Gilliam County;
   3. (c) Grant County;
   4. (d) Harney County;
   5. (e) Malheur County;
   6. (f) Morrow County;
   7. (g) Umatilla County;
   8. (h) Union County;
   9. (i) Wallowa County;

   10. (j) Wheeler County.
