  1. (1) The definitions in OAR 340-172-0010 and the following definition apply to these rules.
  2. (2) “Collection Expenses” means out of pocket expenses, attorney fees, administrative expenses, filing fees, recording fees, and other expenses related to collection of unpaid loan monies.
