1. (1) The definitions of the following sections are added to 40 CFR 761.3.
2. (2) The definitions of OAR 340-100-0010.

3. (3) For the purpose of this Division:

   1. (a) “Agency’s Regional Administrator in the EPA Region in Which the PCBs are Located” means the Department;
   2. (b) “Agency” means the Department;
   3. (c) “Approve” means permit;
   4. (d) “Approved” means permitted;
   5. (e) “Approval” means permit;
   6. (f) “Assistant Administrator for Pesticides and Toxic Substances” means the Department;
   7. (g) “Appropriate Regional Administrator” means the Department;
   8. (h) “Chemical Waste Landfill” means PCB landfill;
   9. (i) “Environmental Protection Agency” and “EPA” means the Department;
   10. (j) “Initial Report” means application;
   11. (k) “Receive Written Approval” means obtain a permit;
   12. (l) “Regional Administrator” means the Department.
