1. (1) To extend a trainee registration an individual must submit a trainee extension form prescribed by the Office; and
2. (2) Pay trainee extension fees.
3. (3) A trainee must extend a trainee registration in consecutive, uninterrupted, one-year increments.
4. (4) A trainee may extend the trainee registration no more than three times without Board approval. Additional extensions must be approved by the Board.
