Prior to the adoption, amendment, or repeal of any rule, the Oregon Board of Medical Imaging must give notice of the proposed adoption, amendment, or repeal:

1. (1) In the Secretary of State’s Bulletin referred to in ORS 183.360 at least 21 days prior to the effective date.
2. (2) By providing a copy of the Notice to persons on the Board’s mailing list established pursuant to ORS 183.335(8) at least 28 days prior to the effective date.

3. (3) By distributing a copy of the Notice to the following persons, organizations, or publications:

   1. (a) American Registry of Radiologic Technologists;
   2. (b) American Society of Radiologic Technologists;
   3. (c) Oregon Society of Radiologic Technologists;
   4. (d) Oregon Medical Association;
   5. (e) Oregon Association of Hospitals;
   6. (f) Oregon Association of Chiropractic Physicians;
   7. (g) Oregon Association of Naturopathic Physicians;
   8. (h) Oregon Osteopathic Association;
   9. (i) Oregon Podiatry Association;
   10. (j) Society of Nuclear Medicine;
   11. (k) Pacific Northwest Society of Nuclear Medicine Technologists’ Section;
   12. (l) American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography;
   13. (m) American Society of Echocardiography;
   14. (n) Cardiovascular Credentialing International;
   15. (o) Society for Vascular Surgery;
   16. (p) Society for Vascular Ultrasound;
   17. (q) Society of Diagnostic Medical Sonography;
   18. (r) Society of Invasive Cardiovascular Professionals;
   19. (s) American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists.
