1. (1) At the time of initial licensure, an outpatient renal dialysis facility must meet the physical environment requirements in OAR chapter 333, division 700 including any applicable building and specialty codes in effect at the time of initial licensure.
2. (2) Subsequent modifications to a facility after initial licensure must comply with any applicable building or specialty codes in effect at the time of the modification.
3. (3) The codes and standards referenced in these rules are for informational purposes only, unless a code or standard is specifically adopted by reference.
4. (4) If conflicts exist among the provisions of the codes and standards listed in OAR chapter 333, division 700, the most restrictive provisions shall apply.
