An applicant for a license or worker permit may request to withdraw an initial or renewal application at any time prior to the Oregon Health Authority (Authority) acting on the application. If the Authority reasonably believes that there is a reason to reject the application the Authority may refuse to accept the withdrawal and may issue a proposed denial of the application in accordance with OAR 333-333-4130.
