1. (1) A food handler certificate of program completion is valid statewide.
2. (2) Any person who has a current certification from an Authority-approved food manager training program or is registered as an Environmental Health Specialist or Environmental Health Specialist Trainee as required in ORS Chapter 700 need not obtain a food handler certificate of program completion.
3. (3) To be accepted in lieu of a food handler certificate of program completion, a food manager certification must be renewed every five years.
