1. (1) The licensee shall develop and maintain a written implementation plan that provides procedures on how the requirements of the security plan will be met.
2. (2) The implementation plan’s procedures and revisions must be approved in writing by the individual with overall responsibility for the security program.
3. (3) The licensee shall retain a copy of the implementation plan’s current procedures as a record for three years after the implementation plan is no longer needed. Superseded portions of the plan’s procedures must be retained for three years after the record is superseded.
