Each registrant must maintain current copies of the following documents and records sufficient to demonstrate compliance at each facility:

1. (1) A current radiation machine certificate of validation;
2. (2) Records of equipment problems identified in daily checks and six months inspections of equipment as required by OAR 333-122-0230;
3. (3) Records of alarm system and entrance control checks required by OAR 333-122-0320.
4. (4) Records of dosimeter readings as required by OAR 333-122-0190.
5. (5) Operating and emergency procedures as required by OAR 333-122-0140.
6. (6) Radiation survey instrument calibration records for instruments used at the site as required by OAR 333-122-0210; and
7. (7) Survey records required by OAR 333-122-0226 for the period of operation at the site.
