Each registrant must maintain the following records for three years after the individual terminates employment:

1. (1) Records of training of each RGD X-ray machine operator. The record must include the names and signatures of individuals conducting and receiving the training, the date of training, and a topic-based agenda of training; and
2. (2) Records of annual refresher safety training for each RGD X-ray machine operator. The records must list the topics discussed, the dates the annual refresher safety training was conducted, and names of the instructors and attendees.
