1. (1) Each licensee must maintain records of the radiation protection program, including:

   1. (a) The provisions of the program; and
   2. (b) Audits and other reviews of program content and implementation.
2. (2) The licensee must retain the records required by subsection (1)(a) of this rule until the Authority terminates each pertinent license or registration requiring the record. The licensee must retain the records required by subsection (1)(b) of this rule for five years or until inspected by the Authority.
