1. (1) Not withstanding the registration requirements of division 103 of these rules, the Authority must, at the written request of the X-ray machine owner, adjust the registration expiration date of any X-ray machine to coincide with the registration expiration date of other X-ray machines currently registered to the machine owner.

2. (2) When requested in writing the Authority must prorate the registration fee according to the following:

   1. (a) If a machine is registered for 19 to 24 months in a biennium, the registration fee shall be 100 percent;
   2. (b) If a machine is registered for 13 to 18 months in a biennium the registration fee shall be 75 percent;
   3. (c) If a machine is registered for 7 to 12 months in a biennium the registration fee shall be 50 percent;
   4. (d) If a machine is registered for 1 day to 6 months in a biennium the registration fee shall be 25
