Each licensee and registrant must perform, or permit the Authority to perform, such tests as the Authority deems appropriate or necessary for the administration of the rules in this division and divisions 101, 105, 106, 108, 109, 112, 113, 115, 116, 117, 119, 121, 122, and 123 of this chapter including, but not limited to, tests of:

1. (1) Sources of radiation and radioactive material;
2. (2) Facilities wherein sources of radiation and radioactive material are used or stored;
3. (3) Radiation detection and monitoring instruments; and
4. (4) Other equipment and devices used in connection with the utilization or storage of licensed or registered sources of radiation and radioactive material.
