1. (1) For the purposes of OAR 333-061-0510 to 333-061-0580 the health advisory levels are as follows:

   1. (a) Total Microcystins: 0.3 µg/L for vulnerable people; 1.6 µg/L for all persons.
   2. (b) Cylindrospermopsin: 0.7 µg/L for vulnerable people; 3 µg/L for all persons.
2. (2) Exceeding a health advisory level in a sample collected from an entry point requires additional monitoring and may require public notification as prescribed by OAR 333-061-0540(2) and OAR 333-061-0570.
