- (1) The Oregon Health Authority (Authority) must monitor farmers for compliance with applicable laws and rules, including on-site investigation of randomly selected farmers.
- (2) The Authority may conduct covert compliance buys of Farm Direct-authorized farmers for compliance with the Authority rules and regulations.
