1. (1) Farm Direct vouchers may be used to purchase only eligible foods.

2. (2) Ineligible items include, but are not limited to:

   1. (a) Baked goods, cheeses, cider, crafts, dairy products, dried fruits, dried herbs, dried vegetables, eggs, non-edible flowers, fruit juices, honey, jams, jellies, meats, nuts, potted plants of any kind, potted herbs, seafood, seeds, syrups and wild rice.
   2. (b) Fresh fruits, vegetables, and cut culinary herbs that are not locally grown.
   3. (c) Fruits, vegetables, or cut culinary herbs that are processed or frozen.
