1. (1) The local health department or the Public Health Division may conduct school or facility record validation surveys to ensure compliance with ORS 433.235 through 433.280 and these rules.
2. (2) If the local health department or Public Health Division finds children who are not in compliance with ORS 433.267(1) or these rules the local health department may issue exclusion orders in the manner provided in OAR 333-050-0310.
