- (1) All children born in the state shall be enrolled in the IIS.
- (2) Any person who receives an immunization in the state may be enrolled in the IIS.
- (3) Nothing in these rules require the consent of a parent, guardian or client prior to enrollment in the IIS.
- (4) For the purposes of enrolling children in the IIS, the manager may identify children born in the state from any birth record or abstract.
