The Division shall maintain a complete listing of Drug Laboratory Decontamination Contractors and shall provide copies of the list as follows:

1. (1) To the Director of the Department of Consumer and Business Services who shall supply the list and updates to local building code enforcement agencies;
2. (2) To the Administrator of each county health department in the state;
3. (3) Upon request, to any property owner, prospective buyer, licensee or other interested person.
