- (1) Every applicant for a Recreation Park license shall pay a base fee of $100 plus $3 for each space from 1-50, $2 for each space from 51-100, and $1 for each space above 100 unless another fee has been specified by the local public health authority.
- (2) Every applicant for a Picnic Park license shall pay a fee of $100 unless another fee has been specified by the local public health authority.
- (3) All licenses under ORS 446.310 to 446.350 terminate and are renewable on December 31 of each year.
