1. (1) The Oregon Health Authority, Public Health Division shall establish and maintain a registry of IRBs that review research conducted in Oregon or that involves research subjects living in Oregon.
2. (2) By October 1, 2002, each existing IRB must register with Oregon Health Authority, Public Health Division on registration forms provided by the Authority.
3. (3) The Authority will update its registry annually. Each IRB will be required to renew its registration each year, or sooner if there exists material changes in the terms of registration.
