- (1) The Oregon Health Authority (Authority) may disclose state-level and facility-level HAI data, including but not limited to observed frequencies, expected frequencies, proportions, and ratios.
- (2) The Authority may use statistically valid methods to make comparisons by facility, and to state, regional, and national statistics.
- (3) The Authority shall provide a maximum of 30 calendar days for facilities to review facility-reported data prior to publishing any data. Nothing in this rule is intended to limit the Authority’s release of data pursuant to a public records request.
- (4) After consulting with the committee, the Authority may publish reports intended to serve the public’s interest.
