The Authority may inspect the following to ensure compliance with ORS 475C.792, 475C.795 and 475C.806, and any rule adopted under ORS 475C.792, 475C.795 and 475C.806:

1. (1) The marijuana grow site of a person designated to produce marijuana by a patient; and
2. (2) The records of a person designated to produce marijuana by a patient.
