- (1) The Authority may deny a designation of a primary caregiver made under ORS 475C.789 or an organization or facility caregiver made under ORS 475C.791 if the Authority determines that the designee or the patient violated a provision of ORS 475C.770 to 475C.919, ORS 475C.574, 475C.640, OAR chapter 333, division 7, these rules, or an ordinance adopted pursuant to ORS 475C.897.
- (2) A person whose designation has been denied may not be designated as a caregiver under ORS 475C.789 or 475C.791 for six months from the date of the denial unless otherwise authorized by the Authority.
- (3) The Authority may deny a designation of a PRMG if the Authority determines that the applicant or the PRMG violated a provision of ORS 475C.770 to 475C.919, 475C.574, 475C.640, OAR chapter 333, division 7, these rules, or an ordinance adopted pursuant to ORS 475C.897.
