The Office has approved the following examinations:

1. (1) Oregon client care written examination for earlobe piercing; and
2. (2) Oregon safety, sanitation and infection control written examination for earlobe piercing.
3. (3) Oregon standard body piercing written examination; and
4. (4) Oregon standard body piercing practical examination.
