1. (1) The standards set forth in OAR Chapter 331, Division 840 apply to all certificate holders as specified in ORS 675.365(3).
2. (2) Failure to comply with these standards constitutes unprofessional conduct, and a certificate holder engaging in such conduct may be subject to discipline under ORS 676.612.
3. (3) All certificate holders must abide by confidentiality requirements pursuant to ORS 675.390.
