A CCSOT who did not hold an active Oregon mental health professional license, or equivalent license as determined by the Office, upon initial certification, may continue to engage in the practice of sexual-abuse-specific treatment as a CCSOT only if the person obtains an Oregon mental health professional license or equivalent license as determined by the Office by Jan. 1, 2021.
