- (1) Only a CSOTI certified under ORS 675.375 may use the title, words or abbreviations that indicate the person is authorized to practice as a CSOTI.
- (2) A CSOTI certification is valid for one year and becomes inactive on the last day of the month one year from the date of issuance.
- (3) A CSOTI must be under the direct supervision of a CCSOT.
