1. (1) The chairperson or vice chairperson must preside at all Board meetings. The chairperson or vice chairperson must confer with the Office on matters that come up between Board meeting dates and matters that need to be placed on the agenda for Board meetings. The chairperson or vice chairperson may order or reorder the agenda.
2. (2) In the absence of the chairperson or vice chairperson from a Board meeting or a portion of a Board meeting, the Board must vote to elect another Board member to run the Board meeting.
3. (3) Decisions will be made by a vote of the Board and carried out with a motion and second and vote by majority.
