1. (1) ODOE will defray the costs of the administration of the special programs for technical and program assistance by requesting a grant from US DOE. US DOE may make a grant award to a state for up to 100 percent of the funds allocated to the state for the grant program cycle provided the state meets the requirements described in 10 CFR 455.121 in the February 19, 1993, Federal Register. Grants may:

   1. (a) Not exceed more than 50 percent of the cost of the technical assistance programs;
   2. (b) Be made for up to 100 percent of the program assistance expenses.

2. (2) This application shall conform to Subpart K, 10 CFR 121 in the February 19, 1993, Federal Register.
