1. (1) Any complaint regarding the content of forensic evaluation reports must be submitted in a form and manner prescribed by the Authority and it must provide sufficient detail as to why the evaluation report is cause for a complaint.

2. (2) Complaints considered by the Authority must be limited to standards for content of written forensic evaluation reports as set forth in OAR 309-090-0025.
